ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Patrice Plante, aka Monsieur Cocktail, is considered to be at the origin of the cocktail rebirth in Quebec. In 2012, he left the culinary world for the bowtie in the first cocktail bar in Quebec city, as bar chef and associate. After winning several national competitions, he shares his passion on screen (Punch, Signé M, Le Bon Mix, Salut, Bonjour!), on radio and in several magazines.
In 2015, he founded Monsieur Cocktail, a mixology school, online boutique and catering company, L’aventure de la mixologie – Le livre de bar de L’Atelier is his third book.
